0 - Introduction

This document explains the systems and items focused around base building.

1 - Base Building Areas

Base building within Mawforged is only permitted in areas pre-defined by level designers. There is no free-form base building, and the items that can be placed are limited and focused on providing the player with certain utility.

1.1 - The Area

Base building areas are safe areas, this means that no enemies will be able to access them.

While these areas should be far enough from enemy spawns that they won't chase the player that far, it would be a good idea to add some way to make enemies lose the player when he enters the safe zone.
